Richard S. Naidich
Richard S. Naidich is the founding member of Naidich Wurman LLP. Mr. Naidich is counsel to private investment firms, including those dealing primarily with PIPE transactions (Private Investment in Public Equity). He has extensive experience in dealing with State and Federal regulatory agencies.
Mr. Naidich serves as general counsel to a wide variety of corporate clients. He takes great pride in providing personal attention to each matter, working closely with clients and other professionals in a team approach as both a lawyer and business advisor with a view towards identifying practical and cost effective solutions to complex legal matters.
During the course of Mr. Naidich’s practice, he has served as labor counsel to various school districts on Long Island and has developed a proficiency in labor negotiations and the drafting and review of Collective Bargaining Agreements. His corporate clients span a wide variety of businesses and industries and include, inter alia, those involved in mortgage banking and licensed financial services, development and construction of commercial and residential projects, restaurants and catering establishments and a diverse range of investment opportunities.
