Kenneth H. Wurman received his juris doctorate from the New England School of Law in 1977. His undergraduate degree is from State University of New York at Albany with a major in accounting. Ken is a skilled litigator admitted to practice in both Federal and New York State courts. He has handled many cases involving the breaches of contract for real estate and business transactional matters. Ken is experienced in creditor rights, and lectures on collection law for the National Business Institute. He has also litigated matters before the American Arbitration Association. Ken has vast expertise in real estate matters, and has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions, including sales and purchases of one family dwellings, multiple dwellings, cooperative apartments, condominiums, and mixed-use properties.
For many years, Ken has represented numerous mortgage lenders. He heads the Naidich Wurman LLP mortgage closing department, which has in the past few years closed over 1,000 mortgage loans on behalf of lenders. Ken himself is an active investor in real estate, having owned and managed properties in the New York metropolitan area.
A resident of Syosset, Ken is married with two children.
